RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

• I have the right to decline a commission.
• I have the right to display the commissioned artwork on my online platforms.
• Any commissioned artwork from me is for PERSONAL USE only. It may NEVER be sold or turned into merchandise UNLESS we explicitly agreed on that beforehand.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

• Payment via Paypal ONLY, prices in EUR.
• Must pay fully before I start working on your commission.
• Commissions will be done within a month except if you order a big detailed piece.

REFUNDS

• A full refund is if you cancel your order before I start working on it.
• If I already started the piece, I will keep a part of the payment for the work I have already done.
• You cannot get a refund for a completed drawing.

EXTRA INFO

• Unless a sketch is chosen, a maximum of two WIPs can be sent to the commissioner if requested.
• Prices can vary depending on your character complexity and extra accessories.
• If any changes are requested after the piece is half done, they'll be charged for.
• Visuals to give me a better idea of what you have in mind are always welcome! Any reference can be helpful: mood boards, reference sheets, doodles, etc.
